Applying to do an extra module

On 13 January 2013 I applied to do an extra module (PYC 3705 first semester), because I am in final year of studies. After several calls and smses I received a email saying I must pay an additional R2050.00. I paid R2850.00 which included the minimum payment of the extra module. I recent the application form on 23 January 2013. After several more calls and emails I still didn't get any response.

On 31 January 2013, Kate (012 441 5387) phoned me saying she is busy with my application, but that a module I did in the first year (AFK 102R) is not part of the curriculum anymore and that I have to do an extra second year module to be able to finish my degree. Telephonically I said to her if that is the case I will do CMY 2602. I had a look in the myregistration@unisa and saw that the module is still part of the course. I tried to phone her back, but the call said failed, number unobtainable. I phoned UNISA Pretoria 012 429 3111 and spoke to a guy and explained to him my situation. He said to me I must please hold on. After holding on for 9 min I got cut off. I have send emails to the artes and the CHS department a week ago.

I phoned again today, but nobody can help me
