My son applied for Bach Act Sci Fin Acc and was told via email to register online. The original registration documents were faxed successfully on 11 January. He tried to register online and was unsuccessful, so had to go in to Durban to register manually. The person who helped him could only register 4 modules as the system was unable to register the "year" module that is compulsory as the system would not accept it. We were told to lodge an appeal which we did immediately on returning home, and the Unisa employee did the same. I sent an email also asking why he could not register 5 modules, which exams would be written in May/June and 5 modules for exams in Oct/Nov. All 10 modules are compulsory for 1st year. We have had no feedback other than an email stating OUR email has been received. Unisa is playing with our childrens' careers with no care what so ever!
