FRUSTRATING REGISTRATION PROCESS

Hi,

I have been having endless problems with my registration year after year. I registered for 4 modules last semester and was unable to write my exams due to being ill, as a result I cancelled the modules in Feb 2013, the problem arises now when I am trying to register for the same modules in the 2nd semester. The process on myunisa is not allowing me to register. I have made the minimum payment and sent an email to the unisa helpdesk but no-one has contacted me. Registration closes tomorrow and it is very disappointing at Unisa's poor service.

Hopefully I will get some assistance here!!!
