I attempted to register over a month ago via the internet registration link on Unisa's site. I received an error which was very arbitrary saying "Major Subjects required" this is odd as the two modules I tried to register for were the very same modules I successfully registered for last year. I then promptly sent an email to unisa for assistance with zero response, I tried calling the contact number for registration assistance, after many calls the phone was answered by someone who had been sleeping (Literally) and could provide no assistance at all, but that just wanted to get off the phone as quick as possible, all in all I have sent 3 emails and I have tried calling numerous times, as well as trying to re-register many times with multiple combinations of my remaining 5 modules, it is absolutely disgusting that I have waited 1 month and have still not received a response. Oh and registration closes next week Friday!
