I have tried several times to register for my first year of studies online. I received an error on the website indicating that the major selected could not be updated. Repeat attempts shows the modules I tried to register for, but enquiries as to my registration indicates that I am not registered for any modules.
I have received no responce on any of the e-mails I have sent nor on the errors I have logged on the website.
Because I work full time and the distance to the nearest regional office, I cannot go there to register in person.
Can the problems please be attended to and can I please receive feedback on how I can register successfully?
