I dread registration this time every year. I am receiving an error message online when I try to register my 2013 modules.
I have contacted Unisa telephonically (which is no help) because they cant assist. The only response I receive is "please send an email". I sent an email... and another email... and another email... But no help at all. The first response I received was from Julia Sekwaila, who sent me a cancellation form. If she had checked my student profile, she would know that I do not need to cancel modules. I am currently a student at unisa but for some or other reason I am unable to register for 2013 online.
When I responded to Julia's email to provide clarity, there is silence! No other responses! nothing! but the closing date for registrations are drawing near... the 25th January 2013 is around the corner!!!
