It has been 5 months since my last complaint on Hello Peter and still i have no satisfying response from them. A consultant contacted me after complaining on HP and for 5 months she has the same excuse, my inquiry has been sent to the cancellation department! How long can it possibly take! I haven't heard a word from them in nearly 2 months. It is just like they don't care that they are taking your money for no good reason! I would encourage any person to stay as far away from them as possible!
