To All South Africans
Please be aware of this new practice taking place where companies are debiting accounts without your knowledge and consent given. The company has been debiting my account on behalf of another when I called and asked them to stop doing this as I have never given my permission for the debits to occur.
Like the bank they pass the buck... it is not our fault.
What I would like to bring to your attention is my right of this country. Firstly I would like to point out, if I have not given authority to have my account debited then you are breaking the law by processing this. Surely you must have safe guards built in to make sure that you are not participating in an illegal operation to swindle money from hard working individuals.
I have tried to sort this out, the numbers your company has given me does not exist of the company and I have run up over 500 rand alone in cell costs to have them stop this to no success. I explained this to you and asked for you to investigate and stop facilating this debit order. Just like the trying to take my money you are just happy to make a profit without considering the facts. It is a sad day when people don't care
