I got an sms from stratcol about debits being deducted from my account on behalf of TELETOP a company i have never heard of. I went to enquire about this at the bank and found that these debits have been deducted for almost a year how is this possible? I went and found out that stratcol has alot of these problems so i believe they are involved in activities. I want to stop these debits from happening but my bank can not help me in that regard. i just want my money back and the debits to stop so if you can help me with that i would be very greatfull. they seem to be deducting R99, 99 just under the amount where you get a sms to say you have been debited, i dont think that is a coinsidence...
