Hi I am also a victim of illegal debits from Stratcol. After calling their call centre they say that there is nothing that they can do for me and that they were instructed by other companies to perform the illegal debits.
I would think that after me reporting their incorrect debit they would show some interest in resolving the situation. As far as I am concerned Stratcol is a company that is carrying out debits and I am going to inform as much people as possible about this crooked company.
The thing is how do they get the branch codes, account numbers and other details so correct.??
