I have been disputing and placing stop payments on my account for the last few months continuously being debited with a reference of Dial242 and Reload and told it is by Stratcol. I have had three debits going off my account of R299-95 x2; and R99. And its money that I do not have. This is affecting my credit rating and my account by having my other important debit orders to be unpaid as these unauthorised debits are debiting my account. This is also incurring charges to my account for items being reversed due to insufficient funds. I would like immediately action from this company as it is unlawful for companies to be debiting my account for services which I did not request for. I have stopped this at the bank before but it only lasts three months and after the thhree months, the debit orders go again. Please I need help on how I can deal with this. Should I go to the police with this matter to have it sorted out as this is really illegal as I have never authorised it.
