StratCol has been debiting my account without my permission, few times I had asked my bank to reverse it which they did, early this year they debited an amount of 199 twice and 249, I called their call centre where it takes a very longtime to get someone to attend to you, only to be told that they will reverse the debit within 10 working days and it was never done.

I request StratCol first to refund my money, second to stop debiting my account, I don't know why they are doing it.
