Im very IRATE about Ulwembu financial services. I got a message from my bank FNB via sms telling me that Ulwembu has debited money on my account and if im aware of the debit, I replied back that im not aware of it so one of the FNB consultants called to to tell me that Ulwembu has been debiting from my account since 2012 without my knowlegde. I was then given a reference number from my bank and I called Ulwembu only to be told that this has been happening a lot lately whereby people call them to complain about unknown debits. To make matters worse I have never opened a policy or anything with Ulwembu I didnt even know that the company existed. The consultant told me that the matter will be investigated and I will be refunded, but no one has called me to sort this problem out. How can a policy be opened WITHOUT MY CONSENT and money be debited from my account without my knowledge. SURELY THIS IS ILLEGAL and a should be refunded for all the debits they have been making froim my account since 2012. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!
I also want asurity that they will stop debiting from my FNB account with immediate effect!!!
