Stratcol has deducted money 4 times from my account, on behalf of a company that I don't even know.
I called them and they told me the name of the company is Top Adz, they gave me two numbers 031 837 6014/3168, and that number only rings once and then hangs up.
Now I have 4 debit orders that have gone through for the amount of R99, and I haven't agreed to any of this, these are unauthprized debits from my account. each debit had a different reference number.
i spoke to Lebo at Stratcol and she assured that sindile from Top adz will call me back. this is the 2nd time i called Stratcol and was told the same thing.
As far as I know it is ilegal for anyone to deduct money from someones account without their knowledge and consent.
i am now taking legal action against Stratcol.
