Stratcol debited my account on the 20th of December for R399 on behalf of a company called Pinnacle Connect and after raising the issue with Stratcol they advised that I have to contact this Pinnacle company which they gave me the tel number to.
Both numbers Stratcol gave me was invalid which is very concerning seeing that they are debiting accounts on Pinnacle's behalf and they do not even have this company's number.
I want my money back now and Stratcol better sort out this issue now!! I don't know how a company can just go and start debiting my account without verifying the account against my ID number.
Stratcol you must wake up!!
