So in response to my complaints that my R50 000 course was a waste of time due to us losing a lecturer and not finishing our study material for the year as well as everyone in the class failing the Photoshop exam TWICE due to poor and contradictory study material. I requested a refund on my unused voucher (that I had to purchase additionally) and received this response,
"You are right, we did meet and all training was done, Support from various interventions was given and the year was completed according to the outcomes of the qualification. You received your certificate from the SETA.
You can either take the option off doing the exams with the voucher that is still valid or take the new voucher that gives you new time frames.
I am the decision maker so this is the final discussion on this."
