Registered for a subject, paid the fees and received no study material. Had to pay for postponement of exam due to this and again had to pay for postponement once study material was received but postponement was not accepted. Again cost that which I can't claim. Now I've been told that I have to write the exam as they can't do a second postponement and when I do not write the exam, it will be seen as 'subject failed.' This means that I have to again register for the subject and again pay the normal registration fee and again exam fees.
Questioning this with the college, is like speaking to a brick wall. There is absolutely no positive feedback from them. All I hear is: "That is how it will be and we can't do anything about it."
I think it is a disgrace that a person have to pay for a service and you then receive such pathetic service which keeps costing you more than anticipated. This adds to a lack of study time and unnecessary stress prior to exams.
