I registered through Damelin correspondence college for Sales & Marketing Management certificate (18 month course) in 2010. To date the certificate has not been completed, due to all the study material not being sent to me. I have called numerous times to Damelin to find out about the study material but all i was told is that the material comes from Cape Town and there's nothing they can do. At one stage they also mentioned that the course has been discontinued. Since 2010 i have had no proper response from Damelin but I am expected to register for exams without the study material. The service is really poor and i would like a full refund of the funds that were paid to Damelin.
