I asked for a refund on my voucher that I have not yet used not excuses!
You say a new schedual was done so we could finish our course so why were we given the books not yet completed in the year and told there was no time to complete it?
Accurate study material was only given to us a week before an exam in terms of preps exactly like the Dreamweaver and Flash exam, which none of the content appeared in our PRACTICAL text books!!!
I have a class full of witnesses that will tell you how unprofessional your HOD was and how he made a student cry!
I dont care about the excuses as to why the course was not finished I just want a refund on my Photoshop voucher that I have not yet used.
