I am so fed up with UNISA!!! I registered in the first semester and was quite surprised at the quick responses and the way in which everything was handled. however having registered for the second semester I am appalled at the service and response of UNISA. I have send numerous emails or various forms to try and get hold on someone however have yet to receive a response from anyone. some of the other students haven't even received their study material yet and we have already supposed to have submitted 4 out of 6 assignments - please explain to me how this is supposed to be possible... As well as the ones of us who have submitted our assignments, over a month ago, have yet to be marked and no one can tell us why. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only online education system that offers the courses we want and it is failing us horribly!! no wonder most countries will no longer accept certain degree's done through UNISA. It is SHOCKING!!!
