To Whom it may concern
I'm a former UJ student, i've made an application online over 2 months ago to study further from next year.
a few weeks after submitting my application, i received an sms advising that my ID Copy is oustanding and therefore the University can't process the documents until they receive such.
I re-sent the copy of my ID and i was informed telephonically that all the documents have been submitted.
A few days later i received the same sms, i re-checked online and the status still read the same "DOCUMENT OUTSTANDING", I called and i was informed that it appears on the system.
Today is the 12/08/2013 and my statud still reads DOCUMENT OUTSTANDING. Is this UJ's way of not wanting to accept certain students, its either this is done deliberately or someone is clearly not doing his/her job.
When i call the call centre, nobody seems to know who can assist, instead im referred from pillar to post. This is totally unacceptable.
