My name is Sibusiso, I graduated in 2009 from this university, and enrolled for a new qualification at UNISA.
last year UNISA requested that I submit my certificate of conduct, which I should obtain from TUT. I went to TUT in Jan 2012. When I got on campus I was given a form to fill out with details of the relevant persons to receive the document at UNISA and had to stand in a very long queue to pay a measly R10 and then submitted the form. I was informed that TUT will send this document directly to UNISA since they are not allowed to issue it directly to the students, which doesn't make sense to me at all because even to this day TUT still hasn't sent this document to UNISA . I keep getting letters from UNISA informing that I will not be allowed to graduate if this document doesn't reach UNISA by the end of July.
I checked with the relevant persons at UNISA and informed me that they never received any document from TUT, I even went as far as sending an email to a contact at TUT but she never replied. This is very irritating because I need the document and it seems like no one at TUT wants to help. I would really like to get the change to graduate and receive my qualification
