No response to online application

I have applied to uj yet have received no response on the status of my online application. My application status just says outstanding documents to which i have sent in numerous times to the uj email account as stated that i should when i had phoned the call centre as they were to big to upload. I went to the uj enrolment centre regarding my application twice with the relevant certified documentation as i was not sure if they had received the many i had sent to the email address, but they refused to take it and just said i should be patient. My application has not been processed yet and applications close tomorrow. I am highly aware that spaces must be filled already and am very disappointed with the lack of service i have received from the enrolment centre which i have personally visited twice. I have applied to uj in July and have not received any feedback.
