Online application let down

I applied for the B-Tech degree in Human Resources Management online last year as soon as applications were open. This is my second attempt to get into the program and the most import goal for me this year. I applied online and according to the website I had to fax my documents to a number which I did. I then checked my application status online and realized that my status is declined and the reason is according the customer care representative " Online no Docs." I was given an email address and asked to mail my documents there last week - which I did and I have since been waiting for an sms confirming receipt and I have received nothing yet. I called the faculty officer this morning and she said she has absolutely no record of application and I should contact Rebecca Nxumalo for assistance. I tried several times to get a hold of her to no avail. I reached her today and she says the course is full and directed me to another number 011 559 1174 where a lady said that it was entirely my fault they didn't receive the documents and there is nothing they can do to help. I really would just like to be helped with getting into the program I also came to campus last week and turned away.
