My application was not responded to

I had applied to the university for speech and hearing therapy, my application was declined due to outstanding documents which the university states I have not submitted and I did, I emailed thr necessary documents more than 4 times... I was told I was not considered for all my options due to the outstanding documents and was told about this way passed the closing date... I am very disappointed and feel that they should have handled this in a different way.
