I submitted my application on 26 July 2012 and made a payment of R200 as requested. I immediately submitted supporting documents to admin. I still have not received any response from the university about my application. When I check the status of my application online, it indicates that it is still under consideration. I have made effort to get hold of the university to find the root cause of this problem but I have not been successful until Wednesday the 16th of January 2013. I was able to get hold of Irma after trying to get hold of her for 2 weeks. She told me the application was not sent to the committee and she will send it on Thursday morning. This means my application was not attended to though I submitted it on time. I tried to call Irma today to find our about this application but unfortunately she is not answering her phone. I have contacted the Call centre, student centre, faculty and administration none has helped but they have only transferred me from one person to the another. I sent an email to the Dean of Students and Head of school they did not help. I called Irma she said I'm not accepted with no reason why I was not accepted.
