I was studying with Unisa and paid my funds upfront and have a balance of R3316 that i requested Unisa to make into a Cheque and send it to me, filled in the refund request form and sent it back to an inefficient man in the finance dept Mr M Lesabe who didnt bother replying to say whether the form was recieved or not. I called his number several times throughout the day and he doesn't pick up. All i want is a REFUND!!!
