Hi
I am owed a refund of R540.00 on my student fees account as Unisa incorrectly calculated one of my modules. Over the past 4 months, I have faxed the refund form three times. I have also emailed my refund form to [email protected] six times and called countless times and the phone is never answered. I have still not been refunded my money or heard anything from Unisa. Please advise me URGENTLY on what I should do next to get a response from Unisa and get MY money back.
