Hallo, I am really not n person to complain but I have had more than enough. After registering at intec you need to register at an fet collage which is fine. but if you get told we will come back to you and nothing happens it is not fun anymore. I phoned this fet collage about a month ago and at first I struggled to get hold of someone to speak to. I phone the campus about 5 times and never got an answer. Then I phoned the Central office and they told me the receptionist is off sick so there is nobody to answer the phone!!! how do they want business if they cant even get someone to answer their phone!! After I eventually got to speak to someone I got everything I needed to know. All registration was done and payment was made and they said they will come back to us with the dates of exams and his reference to write. After about a month now I still haven't heard a word from them. So I phoned again this morning just to make a good day terrible. I couldn't hear a word the receptionist said, it was as if she didn't want to speak to me. I went through to someone else only to find that they only get the time table a week before the exams start. YOU CANT WORK LIKE THAT!!! Please help me
