Please can I get my REFUND!

After sending various emails - and four telephone enquiries - to UNISA in August and September last year, I registered in December for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Intermediate and Senior Phase) certain that I met all the requirements. However, THREE weeks after registration, I was notified that I was not able to register for that course. I have been trying to get UNISA to pay back my money since the 18th of December. I'm lucky if SOMEONE answers the phone every 40th or so call, and then no one knows how to help!! I've faxed one refund form through to the Infoservices (which the Finance dept does not seem to correspond with at all) and tried to send it to the Finance department - but their fax number does not work!!! How the HECK does that work?? I then emailed the exact same form (signed) to the Finance department two weeks ago and have received absolutely no response. I have studied through UNISA since 2003 and have never experienced so much ineptitude and such a unprofessional attitude as I have in the last two months. Is this how an international university handles communication with its students? Please, I want my money back!!
