I have been contacting Unisa, non stop, for weeks now. I have confirmation that my application has been accepted and I can proceed to register yet when I try to register online I get an error saying my application is incomplete. Finally someone picks up when I call and they tell me there are no documents on funds outstanding. I sms and email Unisa, to explain the problem and they reply to the sms, with some generic response that doesn't even apply to me. I try and call every number on the Unisa site, there is never an answer. I am getting really frustrated with Unisa. There is no support structure in place at all. And I spend money on the sms and calls only to get a reply that makes no sense, or no reply at all!
