I have been trying to register online since registration for second semester opened. But each time I get the error message 'you are already registered', then I am directed to the myunisa portal but it only say registration for first semester closed. I have sent about four emails to unisa with no response at all, they only acknowledge receipt of email then nothing happen. I have also sent an sms but no reply. I am very frustrated and disappointed and nobody at UNISA seem to care.
