UNABLE TO REGISTER - NO RESPONSE from Unisa

Unable to register online - error code appears.
I have e-mailed and complained and received no feedback at all from UNISA.

I am currently studying Bcom 02011
Student number 42733987 - I wish to register for FAC1601, EUP1501, INF1511.
I an unable to register online as the service does not allow me.
PLEASE HELP

I do not want to register for the new code because then I will possibly lose my credits for 02011.
