I have a Doctrate in the Health field and currently enrolled as a 3rd yr Unisa student. I never had a prob with Unisa before but it has been a living since 25/1/2013.I tried to register for the 1st sem online from 9am 25/1/2013 but Unisa site kept giving a web error. Submitted the unisa web error form several times that day. Called several times to the reg office/specific college but no one answered/line cuts off. Emailed Unisa screen shots of the error date/time but only got Unisa automated replies. Tried several times through out the day to register online but kept getting the error until 12am night. Unisa failed to contact me and I sent at least 20 emails from 25/1/2013.I called several times and finally when I got hold of someone, I was told that reg is closed and I should apply next sem. After next several emails to Unisa, Mr K Lepelle (Admin Officer) responded that I should provide the subjects I wanted to register for. No concrete feedback received except that I should not contact Mr Lepelle on his direct Unisa email address. Who is the email address there for then? My studies cant be held back because of Unisa IT issues. Today was the final straw when Unisa Human Sc. hung up on me!
