I took out the contract with Mustang Marketing for the shares listing on the JSE in the beginning of August 2012. The contract was cancelled within the cool off period of 7 days on which they (Melissa) have send me a fax indicating that the contract cancellation was accepted and that my money will be paid back within 15 working days, amount R19, 950-00 which was paid to them via my debit card. After numerous telephone calls and unable to talk to Wimpie or Melissa, nothing happened up to this date. Everytime when I phoned I spoke to Louise or Riana with the promise that they will return my call without any response and yet no money has been paid back up to this date of 09 May 2013.
