For the second time, Mustang Marketing has charged an unathorised amount against my credit card over a long weekend.
First they deducted R10000.00 on the 26 December 2012, Family Day. I contacted Melissa van den Berg, who sent me settlement documents to sign for a refund. Nothing has come of this interaction and for the last month she is unavailable when i phone her. The consultant who handled my original transaction with them, Evert Oosthuizen, is also not answering my calls, while the customer service consultants are also of no assistance.
Today on 31 March 2013, Easter Sunday, they charged R2950.00 against my card. My only recourse was to cancel my card and contact the Absa Bank disputes department for assistance. The next step will be to get legal assistance.
Please stay clear from them, they are a team of unethical and dishonest people.
