I just want to make a positive comment regarding the acceptance and finilization of my cancellation request. I was at the office of Mustang marketing the afternoon of 6'th of May 2013. Mrs van der Merw took my case as client personally and handle it very professional. she also accepted out of goodwill my request to cancel my contract. she also give me a letter of acceptance of cancellation. Already the next day 7'th of May 2013 have I received the Full & Final Settlement Agreement. I agree to all the conditions and have already signed it and return it back. I just want to say again thanks to all in the office for the quickly way that my contract is cancelled.
