I was contacted by rep of Mustang Marketing during 2012, Jakes of the company ShareMC2 Trackin, C&K Moneyline Support CC and/or Mustang Marketing came to see me at my home on the 2/11/2013 he explained how I can make money from their product selling shares. After Jakes left and I discussed matter with my wife I wanted to cancel the contract but could never get hold of Jakes nor the office numbers. The next day an amount of R14800.00 went off from my credit card account and not as agreed by monthly deductions!! I went to an attorney and cancelled the contract within the said period of time and had the package delivered (unopened) to Mustang through my attorneys, after which Mustang informed that we opened the package and could therefore not cancel the contract?? We have lodged various disputes with ABSA Bank, and the said amount was reversed, we closed our accounts and the said amount was deducted for the third time now from my closed account on the 2/10/2013.
