In November 2010 I bought a software package from Mustang marketing, the agent's name was Janus, which I paid by credit card. On the 01/07/2013 two and a half years later an amount of R5000-00 was deducted from my credit card account. Nowhere did I sign anything or give permission in any way what so ever for money to be taken from my account. On the 22/07/2013 I contacted Mustang Marketing and explained everything to Adolth. I faxed him a c/card statement showing the deduction. He said he will send it through to management. On the 23/07/13 I e-mailed Mustang Marketing and to date did not receive any response. I phoned Adolth on the 23 and 25/07/2013 and still no response. I see this as as I sighned nothing to permit Mustang Marketing to take the money. Please return my money.
