I have been contacted by the company Share MC2 (Mustang marketing) one of the reps came to see me - however no name badge as per CPA
I have asked for proof and customers to be contacted - none was provided
I was told that I can cancel if I am not happy with the product after 6 months however on the contract it stated with in 5 days after the contract was signed and if product was not opened (product sealed)
IDid sign and was told money will be deducted over a period of 60 months - not happened all was deducted as a ones off amount
The only thing I need as I have indicated was that they cancel the contract that was signed on the 22nd and notified of my cancellation on the 24th
The pay back all money into my account as indicated R 9308.08 interest on the amount that I have lost due the this contact every day this money is not paid back I loose interest as this account due to the incorrect deduction of the money is over drawn (please see amount from my bank statement)
They return all my signed documentation and bank signed slips as this can be used to commit and collect their product from me
They are Nedbank and I am Nedbank they took the money in seconds howeve
