All my money lost

On the 2nd of August a rep from mustang marketing came to see me at my work about their service. He explained the system and all the details. I asked him about payment and he explained that there would be a monthly deduction of around R500. While we were doing the paper work mustang marketing tried to deduct R5000 from my account immediately. Luckily I phoned the bank and could stop the transaction. I then requested that the contract be cancelled immediately as I felt that I was already being to by there agent a Mr JP Coetsee. He then said that they would only deduct money once the installation and training was done, and refused to hand over the paperwork that had been filled. That Sunday the 4th I noticed on my cellphone banking that R 10 000.00 had been deducted from my account. From Monday the 5th I have been phoning the company Tenacity International to try and cancel the contract. Every time I phone I get the same response of some one will phone me back because they are in a meeting or not in or some story. To day is the 13th of August, I phoned again as there was another R4000 deducted from my account. I was told I could not cancel any more as the 5 day period has passed
