Account paid ASAP- Kindly reinstate ASAP!

Upon us checking MyUnisa and without realising it, my husband and I had a "financial cancellation" message due to outstanding balance of fees. We received no notification apart from that, and an sms, letter or email from Unisa would be very helpful in this regard.
We immediately made payment within 2 days. My subjects were reinstated immediately but my husband's profile still shows "financial cancellation". I need all of his subjects reinstated with immediate effect as his account has been fully paid up. His student number: 42365112
There is no way of reaching Unisa so how do we telephonically contact your accounts department to sort out a small & simple issue like this?! Not professional
