Financial Cancellation

Yesterday I discovered all my modules were financially cancelled!! I immediately send an email to the finance department to ask if I am able to reinstate the modules, but received no response! I spent the entire day stressing about this issue called the number provided on the website a number of times, but not once did anyone answer the phones. I have to write in a few weeks and the stress is incredible! Please can someone assist me in the regard, I do have the funds to pay immediately!!!
Unisa no longer has a call center and now no one is even responding to emails. I really don't know what to do anymore.
