My student number is 49971573. I just checked my balance on MyUnisa and it showed a zero balance, so I checked my study units and noticed that they have been cancelled due to an outstanding balance. Firstly, I did not receive any correspondence (Letter or email) informing me of the due date for the payment of the balance. Secondly, I then paid the amount of R3110 which was outstanding and it now shows a balance of -R3100! The status of my modules are still cancelled even though I received a receipt from Unisa for the payment that I made. How and when will my modules be reinstated? I start exams on 6th May!
