Subjects cancelled - no feedback from UNISA

Unisa canceled my subjects as there is an outstanding amount on my account.
Normally they send me a letter reminding me to pay, but as the post office is on strike - I havent received anything.
Now my subjects have been cancelled and there is now way for me to pay them from the my unisa website. I have sent an email and phoned numerous times with no success. the exams are in 3 weeks and I need urgent feedback from unisa as to what I would need to do to reinstate my account.
