20/12/2012 I sent an email which read: Hello, I have been making payments on my Unisa fees but it seems that this balance is not going down and instead going up. I received the letter dated 21/09/2012 which showed that on my account I am owing R452.When I check on myUnisa it shows me that I am owing R728. Please explain to me how this can be so? My Balance outstanding now should then only be R52 shouldn't it be? My last payment was R200 made on 30/11/2012. Please explain to me because my understanding is I'm on a credit with Unisa. Kgole, Japhtar responded on 18/12/2012:Please be advised that the payment was received in order and the account has an outstanding balance of R52.00 payable immediately. Now I made a payment 16/01/2013 of R52. Now I see R780 reinstate COM4806? Why? My fees should be credited instead. I cannot get hold of anyone in the finance department and the phone rings contineously!!!
