I have just logged on to MyUnisa to see my exam results, but they are blocked because of 'outstanding fees'. I have never, ever received any sort of notification from UNISA about outstanding fees, and as far as I know have made all my payments.
Terrible communication. I refuse to pay almost R1800 to have UNISA click a button to reinstate my fees. Where is the communication? If I had known there were any study fees outstanding, I would certainly have paid it. As ALWAYS, the phone just keep ringing when one calls the head office.
