The 'MyUnisa' system has informed me that my modules have been financially cancelled due to non-payment.
1) I didn't receive any notifications or reminders regarding this and was unaware of a 'cut-off' date.
2) I immediately payed the owning amount and my modules have still not been reinstated (one week has passed with no communication from UNISA)
3) I have emailed the following people from UNISA and have not had a reply:

[email protected]
The last time I had a problem I had to send an email and cc about 15 people from different departments before anything was done.
