Throughout the years studying through Unisa, I have been pleased and have had no need to lodge any complaints about them however in my third year (this year), I have several complaints.
Unfortunately I see Unisa is going downhill and I cannot stand for this, they suspended me from my examination results as they say I have not paid my account, however on myunisa account it says Unisa owes me R2520.00. This is a joke! Now I received an sms saying I have been reinstated for the four subjects that I supposedly did not pay. Seriously, they have no customer services, no sorry for the mishap and now my account on-line is at a nil balance, I am concerned due to the fact that there has been no contact about this issue and what if now the university owes me money, this will take ages to fix.
As well as another issue, I wrote an assignment due in sometime in July, I have been in contact with the lecturer however she says end of October all assignments will be marked. I have found out from someone that Unisa is going paperless and they instilled an on-line marking system which most lecturers and markers did not get training! I am frustrated! I need my assignment marks back!!!
