Is our future&education in the right hands?

I requested some information from Damelin and had a speedy response and was contacted and given all the info, every thing was done besides the payment. Once I made the payment I never heard any thing quick to try get our money but become mute once money is received. I paid my deposit on the 6th April 2013 I have had no feed no notification to say when my books will be ready and delivered to me. I have called and asked for the lady to call me back but she is out the office I have sent emails but no reply. Is this how it goes you get the inform you need pay the money and left to wait with out being notified. I feel that 4 weeks is a bit long to wait for goods to be delivered especially if you receive no feed back beside the one to say well-done you have been registered. No notification as to when my debit order deducts and on what day.
